The original BOQ samples are provided only to show document format and presentation, not as a basis for new project costing.

What the sample documents are for

The five original sample documents—SFT-1, SFT-2, SFT-3, SFT-4 and UNIT-5—are displayed only to demonstrate document format and presentation. They are not a current quotation, approved rate card, specification recommendation or promise of a project price.

Do not copy sample figures into a new project

Do not rely on sample quantities, dimensions, specifications, material choices, rates, amounts, totals or exclusions to purchase materials, issue a vendor order, manufacture furniture or quote a client. A new project needs its own drawings, verified measurements, current specifications, applicable rate card and written scope.

Actual estimates require project-specific verification

Any new BOQ or estimate is dependent on the documents and information provided, the scope agreed, current supplier rates and the assumptions/exclusions recorded for that project. Site measurements, revisions, wastage, hardware, labour, freight, taxes, installation and site conditions can change the result. Confirm these factors with the relevant vendors, site team and qualified professionals before committing money or executing work.
